It was such a pleasure to do business with Gregg from ArborActive. He was right on time on the day of our appointment for an estimate. He took his time to look over the job, gave his professional opinion of the work that was needed and what my options were. He sent a very clear and easy to understand estimate via email with a breakdown of the job with what I thought was a fair price. I accepted the estimate and made an appointment for the work to be performed which included pruning three large maple trees and removing deadwood.

On the day of the job he was again on time and prompt. We went over the job again, he explained what he planned on doing and went to work. He kept me informed of what he was doing as he was working during the day. He completed the job to my satisfaction and removed the debris and did a fantastic job cleaning the property.

When Gregg came out to do the work, he took the time to share with me what had been done and additional recommendations for what we might consider.  Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional, knowledgeable, neat, kind and quite reasonably priced. I could not be happier with the way my trees look. One tree was so tangled I thought there was no hope. Everything was explained to me on the first consultation and again when the job was complete. All debris was removed. I highly recommend Arbor Active. I could not be more pleased with the results. I recently had an incredible experience with ArborActive! I flew in this weekend to our summer house at Quaddick Lake, which had become overgrown and needed immediate attention. I was frantic to find a new company after the last guys didn’t show up, so I found ArborActive online and decided to give them a try. Gregg and his team were able to come out quickly and did a fantastic job. They charged a very reasonable rate, and I was impressed with how professional and efficient they were.
